Vinny Fanuele

Superintendent/Carpenter

Vinny Fanuele was a Carpentry Department instructor and construction coordinator at Madison Park Technical/Vocational High School in Boston for 16 years. During that time, he conducted the construction training for OSHA-10 "Live," developed a 2-family construction training area in the carpentry department, and worked with various mentoring and outreach programs. For example, Vinny implemented an outside, affordable home-building program. He also served on the culture focus group for MP's "Innovation" School proposal.  Since his retirement from teaching in June 2018, Vinny has worked as a consultant for the Construction Mentor Program, a construction development and career readiness program for The Compliance Mentor Group.

Prior to teaching, Vinny had a career in construction that lasted 30 years. For 21 of those 30 years, Vinny was the proprietor of a remodeling/renovation company (Fanuele Corporation) that concentrated its operations in Boston, Jamaica Plain, and Brookline. Also during this time, Vinny renovated, as a developer, several historic homes and structures. With his family (wife and 2 children), Vinny designed and built their passive solar home in Hull, MA.

Vincent is proud to say that he has been a USSF soccer referee for 30 years and a EMSOA for 16 years. He officiates club soccer and during the fall concentrates on the high school circuit.
